The CARE program is designed to support students in a small, nurturing environment that emphasizes individualized learning plans and social-emotional development. CARE enrolls students in grades nine through 12 and operates as a half-day program.
Key Features:- Individualized Learning Plans: Each student receives a tailored educational plan that addresses their unique strengths, challenges, and learning styles. This ensures that academic goals are met in a way that is both effective and supportive.
- Social-Emotional Development: We prioritize the emotional well-being of our students by integrating social-emotional learning (SEL) into the program. This includes activities and lessons focused on self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making.
- Supportive Environment: Our small program size allows for personalized attention and a close-knit community where students feel safe and understood. This environment helps reduce anxiety and fosters a sense of belonging.
- Professional Support: Our team includes experienced educators, counselors, and other professionals who work collaboratively to support each student’s academic and emotional needs. Regular check-ins and counseling sessions are available to help students manage their anxiety or depression.
- Family Involvement: We believe in the power of a strong partnership between families and our staff. Regular communication and meetings ensure that families are involved in their child’s progress and can provide additional support at home.
- Flexible Learning Options: Recognizing that each student’s needs are different, we offer flexible learning options to accommodate various preferences and circumstances.
This program aims to create a holistic and supportive educational experience that empowers students to thrive both academically and emotionally.
